Every time we order a pizza it isn't ready in the time given to us. Whether we pick up or have it delivered. Tonight it was to be delivered in 45 minutes, Instead it was 1 hour 20 minutes. And it's the same excuse each time - sorry we're busy. Not good enough. Nice pizza's which is why we go back but enough's enough.

2.5 hours for 2 pizzas was told 70mins..tried to ring shop at least 6 or 7 times and no answer at all. Shop then closed at 9 pm so we were left wondering if we would even get our food at all. Very poor. Food is a hit and a miss depending on the dish.
